This 2-day course equips firefighters and fire officers with the essential strategies, tactics, and skills to conduct safe and effective fire ground operations in resource-constrained environments. This Course is designed for volunteer, rural, combination, and small career departments facing challenges such as delayed mutual aid, extended response times, and sub-optimal crew sizes. The class emphasizes adaptive decision-making, risk assessment, and multitasking to prioritize life safety, incident stabilization, and property conservation. Students will learn to maximize limited resources while minimizing injury risks associated with understaffing.
