Retired Battalion Chief, Aleatha A Henderson is a 28 year veteran firefighter of the Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD).

The mission of Citizens First Fire Training is to provide the most realistic, aggressive, and mission-focused training available. Our training and tactics are designed to put the citizens in which we serve as number one and to be the difference in saving their lives when they call us.

Cliff has been involved with Public Safety for 42 years.

Daniel Siek is a 53 year old devoted firefighter with multiple years of experience in Instructing, Training, Engine/Ladder, EMT, and Volunteering.

Eric Baynard is a member of Indianapolis Fire Department as an 18-year career veteran, current position as Lieutenant on Special OperationsLadder 7 C-shift, and member of Indiana Task Force 1 as a Rescue Specialist.

Senior Field Representative with Verisk Analytics (ISO) for 25 years, working the Central and Southern Indiana region.

John first joined the Vincennes Township Fire Department in 1991, where he received most of his Fire Service Training, including taking the first nationally recognized Hazardous Materials Technician Level course from Oklahoma State University. He then received his HazMat Tank Car Specialist training in Pueblo, Colorado.

Mr. Macon has been in the fire service for just over two decades and has served in several roles. Mr. Macon has taught as an adjunct instructor for the Center for Domestic Preparedness and is also a fire service instructor for the Indiana Fire & Public Safety Academy.

Matt has over 18 years of experience in fire and explosion investigation. He has been with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security for the last 10 years serving as an investigator and as the South Assistant Chief.

Our Group is dedicated to continuing the training traditions of Lieutenant Pete Lund, a 30-year veteran of the FDNY assigned to Rescue Company 2.

Patrick Fisher is a 20-year student of the fire service. He began his career as a cadet firefighter in Posey County Indiana. He has spent the last 11 years with Scott Township Fire and EMS. He currently serves as Division Chief of Training and Operations.

Scott Huff has 37 years of Fire Service, a Degree in Fire Science, Retired Captain of the Indianapolis Fire Department, currently Division Chief of Training and Safety with the Avon Fire Department.

Over 30 years in the fire service, currently serving as a Captain with the Thunderbird Fire Protection Territory.

The Water Thieves started as a group of firemen who truly just loved moving water and teaching others how to do it as efficiently and effectively as possible.
